 A Question for Yourself
The most important question to ask of anyone’s life,
If they had never been born would the world be as nice?
Most people can brag and boast of their deeds,
But, unselfishly did they meet anyone’s needs?
Our lives are so cluttered with so many demands,
We can't stop and lend a kind helping hand.
I know I feel the guilt of having so little time,
I hope, someday, a little peace I can possibly find.
And, may convince myself I have done my very best
And hope my best efforts will finally let me rest.
