 Take No Chances
What would we do
if we were given a second chance?
Would we correct our first mistakes
or do the same old dance?
We would probably start out with a change
until it became too much work,
Then fall by the wayside
and our new life we would begin to shirk.
But that’s the human way
to take the easiest road,
The path of least resistance
and carry the lightest load.
That’s why we need the Savior
to help us bear our cross,
To lead us down the righteous road
so there’s no
chance we’ll ever be lost.
