What's Wrong with this Picture??
Even though I’m not overly bright
there’s something even I can see,
An obvious lake of judgment
coming from our leaders that be.
Every adult not in a coma
knows it’s against the law,
To operate a motor vehicle
if you’ve been drinking alcohol.
Yet it’s perfectly legal everywhere
to drive yourself in a car,
Right to the very door
of an alcohol-serving bar.
To put the icing on the cake
it’s also lawfully all right,
To enter into the establishment
and precede to spend most of the night.
A rocket scientist you don’t have to be
to see the point I’m trying to make,
If it’s illegal to drink and drive
why are you allowed to the bar your car to take?
