Blame Us Both
Even though we put them
down and blame them for our fall,
It wasn’t all the woman’s fault
since man really had the final call.
I guess we like to blame them
because they perplex us to no end,
Those sexy, desirable women
to our early grave, they’ll usually send.
No matter what we do
we stumble back for more,
Like a punch-drunk fighter
that has been beaten to his core.
If God had only reversed it
made us the desired one,
We wouldn’t have a complaint
we’d be far too busy, having so much fun.
