 It Was For Me
From the glory of Heaven our Savior came,
So, never again would our life be the same.
God sent His love and mercy to us,
By His only Son, in whom we can trust.
He took our sins and nailed them to His cross,
Out of love for all He paid the cost.
Tears of happiness my eyes have cried,
Because it was for me my Savior died.
