 I Don't Understand
How can You love us
were deceitful and so full of pride,
And still, You sent The Savior
to walk by our side?
How can we rebel against
the One who created us all,
Then shun the offer
of redemption from our fall?
Lord, how can we not believe
the words You sent are true,
How can some people say
they don't believe in You?
How can people resist
when the Holy Spirit knocks at their heart,
When these are the very people
that think they are so very smart?
