The Failure to Communicate


	The Failure to Communicate This is a common recurring problem that causes misunderstandings very day,Someone not saying what they mean and certainly not meaning what they say. Usually the mouth starts talking before the brain is completely in gear, That causes the person to ramble and confuses anyone that might hear.
