A Prayer for You
I sent a prayer this morning
I sent it just for you,
I ask the Lord for blessings
in everything that you do.
I ask the Lord to protect you
and guide you on your way,
To help you carry your burdens
to give you strength throughout the day.
I ask God to straighten your path
to let the sun shine down bright,
I’m glad you know His Son
so forever you will walk in the light.
I sent this prayer for you
by way of our Risen Lord,
Who waits for us in Heaven
with our eternal reward.
