 Dreams do Come True!!
I’ve dreamed of finding buried treasures
of doing heroic deeds,
Of being strong and handsome
of running at amazing speeds.
I guess I’ve dreamed of everything
that a boy is apt to do,
They gave me many pleasant times
though only one ever came true.
It was the one I wanted the most
the one that tore me apart,
For, I knew it would never happen
I was afraid it would break my heart.
I guess I worried too much but I didn’t know it
would work out so fine,
That my dream would really come true
at the appropriate time.
Then, all of a sudden it happened
it made my heart beat so loud,
My dream became reality
and found me out of the maddening crowd.
My dream brought me a name
her name is Sandy Lee,
My dream girl is now my wife and
she’s better than any dream can be.
