Smiles like a Rainbow
As dazzling as a sunset
the Great Spirit placed in the sky,
Was the smile of this maiden
that caught my sharp young eye.
Her smile must have come
from a rainbow tiny and small,
Before it could grow up
and stand in the sky so tall.
That’s why I hungered so
to taste her beautiful smile,
To gaze into her eyes and
hold her tight for a while.
After I kissed this rainbow
my hunger would not go away,
That’s why I had to see her
every single day.
LOVE,
JAMES
