ALREADY CAME TO PASS
If the invasion of America
was building on our shore,
And all across our land
like water the strangers began to pour.
What would Americans do
when they saw this terrifying sight?
Like Americans brave and true
these invaders we would fight.
No quarter would we give
no quarter would we ask.
We would teach these invading knaves, they have chosen a formidable task.
And so it was
many years ago,
That they were too few
the native people didn’t know.
