Love and Thanks
I love you, Mom
for all you have done,
Thank you, Mom
for making my childhood fun.
You sewed my costumes and
chauffeured me around,
You would not rest until
the perfect gift was found.
If I was sick
of course you worried so,
I feel so happy
how much your love did show.
You patiently waited
through my teenage years,
I’m very very sorry
for causing you so many tears.
For now I see of course
you were right,
I’m embarrassed so much
at how we used to fight.
So, forgive me please
for I love you so,
You’re the greatest Mom
I just wanted you to know!
Love Always,
Sandy
