 Satisfaction in the End
What goes around comes around is
a saying I’ve always heard,
But I can sum it up just using
two little words.
And when these two little words
finally decide to appear,
They have a special way of
making us grin from ear to ear.
Especially when it’s with our kids
that we have a bout of de”JA”vu,
And the grandkids show them exactly
what they used to put us through.
The victory may be small
the time minutely short,
But shows us in this world
there is some justice of sorts.
Be patient and tell yourself
one day you’ll loudly chime,
I’m happy to see this day
for it is now payback time.
