 My Dare~Devil Buddy
My oldest little buddy scares the heck out
of his nanny and me,
The daredevil is either jumping his bike
or dangling from a tree.
He either has no fear or just doesn’t know
when to stop,
Watching him do his tricks, makes
my jaw just drop.
I start to cry out a warning but I know
it would be too late,
Oh why does my little buddy
continue to tempt his fate?
Maybe I’m getting old and
don’t remember why,
That little boys have to strive
to reach for the sky.
